Neveskin technician compensation should drive positive business results

Many beauty entrepreneurs are used to doing everything themselves.


When they find early success, they realize, they can only grow by doing more hours of Neveskin body and face treatments. They naturally decide it's time to hire providers to do client treatments, freeing them up to drive future business growth (proactive) Instead of just doing client appointments (reactive).


Business owners often hire someone who's already skilled and comes with relevant experience. They decide to overpay them because of desperation and fear of turnover. Many give 30% or more of their revenue to their provider, leaving only 70% (or less) to cover recurring monthly operating costs, overhead costs, treatment supplies, marketing costs, etc.
